Dr. Millman graduated from Wayne State University Medical School followed by internal medicine internship at Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York City. He then completed neurology residency training at The Neurological Institute/NY Presbyterian Hospital of Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. He has been an assistant professor in both the departments of Neurology and Neurosurgery at the Neurological Institute. He completed fellowship training in minimally invasive spine procedures and is Board Certified in Neurology and interventional spine procedures. He has practiced in various private practice settings in New York and Michigan. He is a member of the American Academy of Neurology, American Academy of Neuromuscular and Electrodiagnostic Medicine, North American Spine Society, and the Spinal Intervention Society.

His practice emphasizes neurological diagnosis and management in an outpatient setting.
